How do I select a club for my child in Webpoint?
From September 1 until the first day of sanctioned tryouts in the North Texas Region, you will not be able to select a club.
All junior players have an opportunity to tryout for a club prior to making a club selection. Your child will be assigned the club affiliation of “UNDECIDED” automatically until the first weekend of tryouts.
After that date (the first day of sanctioned tryouts), players will still select Undecided as their club prior to selecting a club.
Once the tryout date for that age is complete and the family has made a choice of club, parents will log back into the member account, click on the “Member Area” tab on the left, then click on “Member Profile” and then select the appropriate club from the drop down menu in the “club” area.
Once picked, please make sure and click on the “Edit button” at the bottom to lock in your choice. If you select a club prematurely, you will not be able to change the club affiliation. That can only be done by region staff. We will verify with the club you did pick that there isn’t an executed Offer and Acceptance Agreement between family and club.
My child has decided not to play (or my child did not make a team). May I get a refund?
Per region policy based on a board decision on July 14, 2008, and per our region handbook:
Once a registration is accepted, we do not issue refunds; nor can we apply payment to another individual.

How do I find a team/club to play on?
In the fall, you’ll want to keep checking the website for information that is listed about the various clubs.
A Club is usually registered where the director lives or where a club’s facility is located, however, they often practice in other cities.
Click Here for a list of Junior Clubs. The list is broken up to an alphabetical listing and a geographic listing. The geographic listing will probably give you a good start on where to begin in your search of a club.
We also have a Club Directory that includes information submitted by club directors. They provide some basic information about their cost, level of commitment expected and general practice areas. If you’re trying to get an idea about where to play before heading to tryouts, check out some club websites for pre-tryout clinics.
Many clubs will host these clinics, which will give you an opportunity to meet the coaches, directors and get a feel for that particular club.

Which registration choice should I pick – New or Returning?
If you/your child has NEVER participated in a region of USA Volleyball, you will choose New.
If your child attended a tryout previously (even if they didn’t make a team or decided not to play), or you/your child played in NTR last year or previous years, please select Returning.
I tried to join as a new member but I’m getting a message that data already exists. How can I register?
Sometimes a person will try to register and they will receive a message that data exists in the system that matches.
This is usually because a person has joined a few years ago prior to the Webpoint system or through a region that doesn’t use Webpoint or a person has initiated the registration process but did not complete it.
If that is the case, the first step that should be taken is Requesting a Login. If you enter information that matches what is in the database, you will be emailed with login information.
If you’ve tried this method to no avail, please Contact Us so we can research your information. The worst case scenario is you will have to download the manual form, complete it and send it in.
What if I/my child has played volleyball in another region?
If you/a family member played in another region last year, please Contact Us or call our office 469-326-1873 during business hours.
We will need to move your membership to the North Texas Region prior to you registering.
Once we move you, you will still see your last region as your membership region when you sign in, but once you begin the renewal process you will see North Texas reflected as your region.
What do I do if I don’t remember my username or password from last year.
If you were a member last year, you were provided a username and password. Usually the username is an email address, unless it was manually changed. If you can’t remember either one, use the Forgot Password link.
If you’ve entered a username, email address and/or birth date and are still unable to access your account, please Contact Us. Please include the member’s name and birth date in your email.
My email has changed since last year. How do I register?
You or your child’s membership username is likely tied to a recent email address. Even if you’ve changed emails, you can still use that email address (if it is in fact the username) and then change your username once you are logged into Webpoint.
If you can’t recall your username and password AND your password has changed, please contact our region office during business hours or Contact Us.
Please provide your current email address and we will have the system send your information to the updated address.
I’ve typed in the username and now I’m locked out. Now what?
The system is set up to allow you five opportunities to log in. If you are locked out, you can either wait 24 hours until the lock expires.
Or you can call the region office during business hours 469.326.1873.
Or Contact Us and we can unlock the account. Please note: we do not check this email 24/7 - so it’s possible your account will unlock automatically before you can be contacted.
I have two children and the system isn’t recognizing my username and password. What do I do?
Every participant must have their own individual NTR USAV membership account even with participants within the same household.
Typically, the NTR USAV membership account system called “Webpoint” uses a default username set up process using the email address.
When you have more than one member under the same email, the system will add _1, or _2 and so on attached to the end of the username to distinguish the individuals’ memberships. New Members will need to set up individual accounts one at a time.
Make sure to Log Out of each account before creating new individual account for other member. Continue to repeat process if necessary.
New Member Registration Link (Click Here).
Renewing members, may retrieve a username and password by using this link forgot username and/or password.
Sometimes with twins, especially if they have the same first initial, there are issues with registration. If you have this problem, please contact our office 469-326-1873 or Contact Us for assistance.
I entered my child’s date of birth incorrectly. How do I fix that?
You can either call our region office during business hours at 469.326.1873.
Or Contact Us and we will be able to assist you. We will ask to see a copy of a birth document for proof of age.

1.) A person has joined a few years ago prior to the Webpoint system;
2.) A person has joined through a region that doesn’t use Webpoint;
3.) A person has initiated the registration process but did not complete it;

It has been a couple years since I played and I am having some issues registering in NTR.
Sometimes a person will try to register and they will receive a message that data exists in the system that matches.
This is usually because a person has joined a few years ago prior to the Webpoint system in NTR or through a region that doesn’t use Webpoint. If that is the case, the first step that should be taken is Requesting a Login.

If you’ve tried this method to no avail, please Contact Us so we can research your information. The worst case scenario is you will have to download the manual form, complete it and send it in.
I need to change my name in Webpoint.
Sometimes a spelling error is made during the registration process. Other times, children go through the adoption process and have legal name changes or an individual marries, resulting in a new last name.
In any of these cases, members cannot make a name change on their end. Our region staff, however, does have that capability.
DO NOT create a new account. Just Contact Us and we will be happy to make the correction for you.
