- Certification
In order to work with a Junior team in our region, you must be IMPACT certified, SafeSport trained and have a completed background screening. USA Volleyball conducts IMPACT webinars online. IMPACT, SafeSport and background screening can be done have registration is complete. IMPACT and SafeSport can be found in the USAV Academy located on your member profile page. Browse our site and get to know some of the Junior Clubs within the North Texas Region. Visit the club sites and learn a little more about them. If you have driving distance restrictions, find out where the club practices and how often. We have clubs all the way from Abilene to East Texas. Clubs searching for coaches will often ask us to post their needs on our Clubs Seeking Coaches page. Sometimes they are even looking for coaches during the season to help out or to fill in for someone. - Determine Your Goals and Expectations
