You or your child’s membership username is likely tied to a recent email address. Even if you’ve changed emails, you can still use that email address (if it is in fact the username) and then change your username once you are logged into Webpoint. If you can’t recall your username and password AND your password has changed, please contact our region office during business hours or E-mail Donise. Please provide your current email address and we will have the system send your information to the updated address.
