Sometimes a person will try to register and they will receive a message that data exists in the system that matches. This is usually because a person has joined a few years ago prior to the Webpoint system or through a region that doesn’t use Webpoint or a person has initiated the registration process but did not complete it. If that is the case, the first step that should be taken is Requesting a Login. If you enter information that matches what is in the database, you will be emailed with login information. If you’ve tried this method to no avail, please E-mail Donise so we can research your information. The worst case scenario is you will have to download the manual form, complete it and send it in.
